Who says Pennsylvania is flat??

I'm currently in Williamsport, PA, doing some field work for school with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Lycoming County. Since I'm interning for the ED, an old friend of mine, I'm doing some really interesting work and learning a lot about the internal workings of actually running a non-for-profit. (Some of which, TRUST ME, you don't want to know...) Anyway, the point of this post is to mention that, although I've never been particularly fond of Pennsylvania, I've realized that the route I take, 15 South from Tioga to Lycoming county, is absolutely breathtaking. So much so that I felt compelled to pull off the side of the road and take a couple of pictures.
They're a little hazy, as it was humid out when I took them, but the views were just more than I could resist.
There were more fantastic views to be photographed, but considering I didn't have the confidence in myself to drive 60mph and take pics out the front of my windshield with my digital camera...and I figured if I held it out the window I would just drop it, I didn't get them. Oh, well. You get the picture.
I'm a bit disappointed in this bottom pic, the view was much better than the pic turned out. I too am still working on
perfecting my digital photography skills!

Your pictures are just fine! Beautiful, in fact, given that the hazey days we have all been suffering through are just horrendous. I love the dragonfly picture you found!

Oooh, I actually recognize where one of those photos was taken! Having travelled that road so many times between KY and NY I think I could do it in my sleep.

the best wya to get to know your camera, is to use it a lot!
