Sopapilla cheesecake pie

Hi!
Let me cut right to the chase, here. I needed a dessert to take with me to a "Taco Night" dinner, and I remembered this recipe for Sopapilla Cheesecake Pie, that I came across some time ago. (I really just wait for an excuse to bake these wonderful little gems that I find...and dinner with friends?? WHY NOT?!) Check my lovely, drool-worthy pics...I'll just let them do (most of) the talking.
Cream cheese. Sugar. Vanilla. Frick yeah, I'll have some.
Spread it on the bottom crust...and then add a layer of crescent roll dough on top of it...(I didn't photograph that...it really just wasn't that pretty.)
Don't forget the butter...and sugar...and cinnamon...just wipe it all over the top...I know...gettin' crazy, huh?

 Don't forget the honey drizzle the second it comes out of the oven. I wish this pic did justice to the way that honey sparkled on the hot topping.
Let it cool 100% before you cut it!! I'm impatient - I gave it 20 mins and then stuck it in the fridge...I know, instant gratification, blah blah blah...it was worth it.
Yep, I do believe we have a winner.

Yay! Glad it turned out. The finished cut pieces look super yummy!
